The odorless mineral oil provides prolonged and consistent burning, in addition to being natural and biodegradable. Therefore, it produces no smoke or soot. It is used in our eternal candle.

Delivery

Delivery is made with GLS at a fixed cost of $9.99, or free for orders over $85 (before taxes and promotional code). For some orders, delivery may be made using another delivery service such as Canada Post or ICS.

The processing time for sending an order is usually 1 to 2 business days. Delivery generally takes 2 business days, but this period may be slightly longer for any reason (high demand, remote provinces...).

You will receive all the details, including the delivery service and tracking number when the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

I gave a rating of 4 because the product is very good, works well but is somewhat expensive. More people could benefit from this product if it were at a fair price.

Hello Alain, thank you for your review! The refill is offered at a price of $22 for about 45 hours of burning. We obviously set our prices based on the cost we pay directly to the supplier. Since we don't have a huge volume on these products (eternal candles and oil), we unfortunately cannot lower the cost. I hope you understand the situation, I wish you an excellent day! :)
