Once the order is sent, it can no longer be modified. If you change your mind or wish to modify your order and you have not yet received the shipping notification, contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@feuetco.ca.
If a candle happens to be broken or damaged during transport, please send us a photo at bonjour@feuetco.ca. We will take care of the situation so you can fully enjoy the Feu&Co experience.
We have a few points of sale in Quebec and are always working to expand our distribution network. We have also developed the discovery set, the perfect compromise before buying a full-size candle. This set allows you to try four fragrances in mini sizes in the comfort of your home for only $20.00.
Order processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days. Delivery generally takes 2 business days, but sometimes this may be slightly longer for various reasons (high volume, remote provinces, etc.).
In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is done with Canada Post or GLS at a flat rate of $9.99, or free for orders over $85 (before taxes and promo codes). For some orders, shipping may be done with another service such as Canpar or ICS.
For other provinces in Canada, shipping is done with ICS, Canpar, or Canada Post, but another service may also be used depending on the delivery address. The cost is $12.99 or free for orders over $120 (before taxes and promo codes).
You’ll receive all the details, including the shipping service and tracking number, once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Orders from other countries are not accepted at this time.
Candles with a wooden wick may require a bit more maintenance, so it’s important to take good care of them!
Before each lighting, trim the wick to between 1/4" and 1/8". You can remove the burnt wood with a wick trimmer, nail clippers, or even your fingers. A wick that’s too long can cause the flame to be too high, or conversely, it may go out on its own.
Wait until all the wax on the surface has melted before extinguishing the candle, especially during the first burn, which should last about 4 hours. The ideal burn time is between 1 and 4 hours.
