Refund Policy

Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been shipped.

Order cancellation fee

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, an administrative fee of 5% of the order total may apply.

These fees cover processing costs already incurred, including non-refundable transaction fees from our payment platform, as well as administrative handling and restocking of products.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it to avoid these fees.

If a candle is broken or damaged during shipping, please send us a photo at bonjour@feuetco.ca. We will take care of the situation so you can fully enjoy the Feu&Co. experience.
