Instructions and care tips
On first use, let the reeds soak in the oil for a few minutes, then flip them.
Flip the reeds every 3 to 4 weeks for optimal fragrance diffusion.

Delivery
Shipping is carried out with Canada Post or GLS at a flat rate of $9.99, or free for orders over $85 (before taxes and promo code). For certain orders, delivery may be made using another shipping service.
The processing time for sending an order is usually 1 to 2 business days. Delivery generally takes 2 business days, but this period may be slightly longer for any reason (high demand, remote provinces, etc.).
You will receive all the details, including the shipping service and tracking number, when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
